- On the BlackBerry home screen type: ALT+Shift+H
- (For the 8100/9100, press ALT + R + A + C + E)
- The "Help Me!" screen will come up (Do not exit the screen)
- Fill in the info shown on the screen into the Engineering Keygen Below
- (Device PIN, App Version, Uptime )
- The key will automatically populate

- Type this key CAREFULLY into the phone (you will not be able to see what you're typing onscreen). Remember to press the ALT key for numbers.
- As soon as you enter all 8 characters of the code you will see the 'Engineering Screen Contents' menu.
- Scroll down to 'OS Engineering Screens' and select it
- Scroll to 'Device Info' and select it
- Scroll to the bottom and you will see the phone's MEP info (Format should be "MEP-00000-000")
- Enter the number you see on your phone screen into our payment processing page
